Deep Tissue $70 (1 hour), can either be a full body massage with a focus on working out knots, or a deep treatment to a specific problem area. Even though it is a more intense massage, as tension is released in the muscle tissue, the body and mind are able to relax.

Hot Stone Therapy $70 (1 hour), is a treatment that uses basalt stones to warm the fascia enabling the therapist to go deeper into the muscle tissue. It is also very relaxing and helps promote circulation.

Neuromuscular Therapy $70 (1 hour), either focuses on a specific injury, or aims to restore structural alignment. Often, we are in pain because our bodies are put in odd positions during our daily activities, and over time our posture is altered.

Solely Feet $70 (1 hour), is a relaxing and pampering treatment designed for the tired, aching feet and calves. It includes heat therapy, trigger point therapy, stretching, dry brush exfoliation, and a basalt scrub.

Sports Massage $70 (1 hour), is for active people of all levels. The intent is to prepare you for an event, to help prevent/treat nagging injuries, or to aid in the recovery of a strenuous training session or event. Often therapist-assisted stretching techniques are incorporated into the treatment to obtain greater range of motion in restricted muscles.

Swe-Thai $70 (1 hour), is a combination of Eastern and Western techniques that involves a lot of rocking, rolling, compressing, and stretching. Typically, the session uses deeper pressure and elements of Thai massage, which is both relaxing and intense.

Swedish Massage $70 (1 hour), is a form of bodywork that uses mild to moderate pressure with the intention of relaxation. It is a full body massage, which means it includes attention to the back, arms, legs, feet and hands. Facial and scalp massage can be added by request.

Aromatic Body Treatments $120 (90 Minutes), include a full body exfoliation, followed by a massage with a homemade aromatic oil blend of your choice. You will then be wrapped in an insulation blanket in order to absorb the therapeutic oils. During this time, I will work on your shoulders, neck, face and scalp. At the end of the session, I will provide you with steam towels.

Be sure to ask about personalized aromatic blended oils and sugar scrubs.  Pricing is determined by which essential oils are used.  Note: It may take a few weeks to prepare your blend properly.
